Your parcel will be delivered with the chosen courier depending on country. We offer the following couriers:
All shipments in Denmark are handled by GLS to either a GLS pick-up point (pakkeshop) or a business address.
Shipping costs: 5 EUR
All shipments to Europe are handled by UPS.
Shipping costs: 10 EUR
Please note that all orders to Norway are subject to custom tax and VAT. Polman Sport is not responsible for any additional costs.

We gladly accept returns within 14 days from the day you received the order. Please note that we only accept unused items with hangtags.
After we have received your returned items, you will be issued the appropriate refund. We aim to process your refund as fast as possible. During sale periods the processing time might be longer, but we aim to process your return within 10 days of receiving your parcel. You will receive an email as soon as your returned order has been processed and the amount refunded.
Please note returns are at your own expense.
To return your purchase, follow these easy steps:
Place the products you wish to return in a box or bag. You can easily reuse the box or bag the items were sent in for the return.
2. Fill out the enclosed return note and enclose it in the shipment. It is important that the return note is enclosed in order for us to identify and process your refund correctly.

4. Please note that the returned parcel must be send directly to the address above as we are not able to pick up the parcel at any parcel shops.
5. We aim to process the refunds as fast as possible and within a maximum of 10 days from receiving the returned parcel. The amount will be refunded to the credit card which was used to pay for the order.
Please note that we do not take responsibility for items lost when shipping back. We therefore recommend for your own safety that you keep the postage receipt with the tracking number.
